Cancellation & Refund Policy

VeggieFal – Fresh Fruits & Vegetables Delivery

At VeggieFal, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality fruits and vegetables to our customers. Since our products are perishable in nature, our cancellation and refund policies are designed to ensure fairness to both customers and our operations.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order under the following conditions:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order.

  • Once the order is processed or dispatched for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately through phone or email.

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.

2. Order Modification

If you wish to change items or quantities in your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order. After processing begins, modifications may not be possible.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Damaged or Poor Quality Products

If you receive items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Spoiled

  • Incorrect items delivered

Please inform us within 4 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to the original payment method.

Missing Items

If any item from your order is missing, please notify us within 4 hours of delivery. After verification, the amount for the missing item will be refunded.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Delay due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather, traffic, or logistical challenges.

  • Minor natural variations in size, shape, or color of fruits and vegetables.

  • Complaints raised after 4 hours of delivery.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • 3–7 business days for online payments.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through UPI or bank transfer.
